How much do you earn from an Orange Juice Stall in India?

Coming to my First Blog, it's on the income generated by an Orange juice stall.
All are whole sale prices, slightly different in some locations.
Things Needed:
1. Trolley - Rs.1000
2. Juice presser(Standard Aluminium) - 750
3. Container 2 (1Liter) - Rs.100 each =Rs.200
4. Ice box(Thermocol)- Rs.100
5. Strainer 2 - Rs.40 each =Rs.200
6. Disposable Glasses (100) - Rs.40 (Plastic) & Rs. 70 (Paper)
Daily Requirements :
1. 1 Quintal (100kgs) of Oranges - Rs.3000 - 4000 per Quintal
2. 4 Mineral water cans(20L) - Rs.5 per can
3. 2 kg Sugar - Rs.50 per Kg
Daily Revenue :
Total No. of Glasses(200ml) sold - 200 Glasses
Price point - Rs.20 per Glass
Total revenue = Rs.4000/day
1 Kg of Oranges yield - 60% Original Juice
Remaining 35% - with water and Ice
Rest 5% with Sugar
So, 1Kg of Oranges make 5 Glasses of Juice ( 600ml Fresh Oranges and 350ml water and 50g of Sugar)
Income = Revenue - Expenditures
= 4000- (1600(40Kgs of Oranges) - 20(4 water cans)- 100( 2 kg sugar) - 100(Ice) - 140(200 paper glasses))
= Rs.2,040/-
Condition : 20 glasses sold in 60min/ 1h and working for 10Hr (8 am to 6pm)
Monthly Earning = Rs.2,040 x 30 days = Rs.61,200/-
This is a seasonal Business with Summers getting the Highest Demand.
