Why didn’t the universe collapse till now?

Due to the big bang, the universe is expanding and the space between the bodies too. Thus not giving the force of gravity a chance to attract the earthly bodies. But as time passes, the acceleration of the expanding universe decreases, thus giving the force of gravity a chance to attract, hence par with the assumption of closed universe i.e. the universe will collapse due to the gravitational force of attraction and again start of with a new explosion.
It's kind of recycling as accordance to the law of energy conservation.

What do u think about it?
